of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that
organization to these terms.

2. Use of the service

You may use 1LevelUp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your
organization's own policies. You are responsible for the accuracy of the
information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Data ownership

Your organization retains ownership of the data it submits to the platform
(profiles, documents, posts, and other content). We process that data solely
to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms, at the
request of your organization's administrator, or if required by law.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be
communicated through the product or by email.
