We collect account information you provide (name, email, avatar), profile
details you fill in within your organization's workspace (job title,
department, phone, birthday), and usage data generated as you use the
product (log-in activity, feature usage, uploaded files and documents).
2. How we use your data
Your data is used to operate the core features of the product for your
organization: the staff directory, recognitions, onboarding plans, training
courses, internal job postings, the social feed, absence management, and
performance reviews. We also use it to secure your account (authentication,
fraud prevention) and to communicate service-related notifications.
3. Who we share it with
Data is shared only with the other members of your own organization
("tenant"), as required for the features above, and with infrastructure
providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, storage, email delivery)
under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct,
export, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact your organization
